    Hello my dear Champions of #Hive and SWC this time I brought you a routine for Abs at home with a very high intensity. Do it with me!

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    La rutina es un poco simple pero al realizar todos los ejercicios sin descanso se vuelve muy complicada, vamos a realizar 8 ejercicios diferentes, 20 repeticiones por cada ejercicio y al finalizar nos mantendremos durante 40 segundos en plancha, como mencioné anteriormente en ésta rutina no tendremos ningun tiempo de descanso entre ejercicios. Ésta rutina la debemos realizar 3 veces para obtener mejores resultados.
    The routine is a bit simple but when performing all the exercises without rest it becomes very complicated, we are going to perform 8 different exercises, 20 repetitions for each exercise and at the end we will stay on the plank for 40 seconds, as I mentioned earlier in this routine we will not have no rest time between exercises. We must perform this routine 3 times to obtain better results.
