Rutina Poderosa de Gluteos 🍑🔥 || Powerful Buttocks Routine 🍑🔥

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz jueves Santo!! Hoy Jueves seguimos activa y hoy le tocó a las pompas 😋 tenia algo de tiempo que no hacia un entrenamiento netamente de gluteos, por supuesto al entrenar piernas ellos se ven involucrados tambien pero hoy el enfoque fue mayormente en gluteos y debo decir que se sintió muy rico jeje sudé demasiado y sentí cada movimiento en el musculo que queria trabajar💪💪

Entrenarlos dos veces por semana seria ideal, asi que el sabado de pronto repita esta rutina, y por supuesto les estaré contando! Realicé 4 rondas descansando 2 minutos entre cada una, y puedo decirles que sin duda es una rutina que les encantará💪💪 usé un bloque para agregar un poco de peso, y en el primer ejercicio coloqué los talones en una tabla para tener un mayor rango de movimiento y sentirlo aun mas en gluteos, asi que sin mas que decir. Espero que les guste🥰

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy thursday!!! Today Thursday we are still active and today it was the turn of the glutes 😋 it's been a while since I did a purely glute workout, of course when training legs they are involved too but today the focus was mostly on glutes and I must say it felt really good hehe I sweated too much and felt every movement in the muscle I wanted to work💪💪

Training them twice a week would be ideal, so Saturday soon I will repeat this routine, and of course I will be telling you about it! I did 4 rounds resting 2 minutes between each one, and I can tell you that without a doubt it's a routine you will love💪💪💪 I used a block to add some weight, and in the first exercise I placed the heels on a plank to have a greater range of motion and feel it even more in glutes, so without more to say.
