Tabata de Tren Inferior🔥🔥 || Lower Body Tabata🔥🔥[Esp-Eng]

Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de fin de semana, por acá una semana mas cumplida totalmente haciendo mis entrenamientos, algunos días más suaves por la visita mensual jeje pero nunca paré, y eso me encanta 💪 esté mes necesitamos dar el 200% así que no podemos fallar jnbsolo día de entrenamiento. por supuesto mañana sábado y el domingo toca descansar para reponer energías e iniciar una nueva semana con todo!!

Hoy les traigo un vídeo con cero edición fantástica jeje para que se vea en vivo y directo cada movimiento de este tabata que les traigo hoy, 8 movimientos para trabajar el tren inferior, con un enfoque mayor en glúteos!! pueden realizar cuantos tabatas les permita su condicion, en mi caso, fueron 4 tabatas descansando solo 1 minuto entre cada una 💪💪 por supuesto con el respectivo calentamiento previo!! y estiramiento al finalizar, vamos a darle con todo pues😎😎 ANIMENSE Y HAGANLA y ahí me cuentan que tal., hasta la próxima rutina Amigos💪

Hello hello @fulldeportes friends happy start of the weekend, over here one more week totally fulfilled doing my workouts, some days softer because of the monthly visit hehe but I never stopped, and I love that 💪 this month we need to give 200% so we can not fail jnbsolo training day. of course tomorrow Saturday and Sunday touches rest to replenish energy and start a new week with everything!!!!

Today I bring you a video with zero fantastic editing hehe so you can see live and direct every movement of this tabata that I bring you today, 8 movements to work the lower body, with a major focus on glutes!!! you can do as many tabatas as your condition allows you, in my case, there were 4 tabatas resting only 1 minute between each one 💪💪 of course with the respective previous warm up!!! and stretching at the end, let's go all out😎😎 GO FOR IT and let me know how it goes.., until the next routine Friends💪
