Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de semana!! Espero que esten genial, que hayan iniciado la semana con toda la actitud, por acá como es costumbre arrancamos dandole durisimo al tren inferior, me gusta porque me da mas tiempo de recuperarme para una segunda sesion en la misma semana de tren inferior, hay que fortalecer esas piernas para que bos sostengan por mucho tiempo 🦵🦵🔥🔥
En esta oportunidad usando un pequeño banco para hacer un mayor rango de movimiento, y con un ejercicio de cardio y coordinación incluido para hacer la rutina aun mas completa 💥 espero que se animen y la disfruten tanto como yo🥰🥰
