Rutina basica de Cardio 💪🔥 || Basic Cardio Routine 💪🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio del fin de semana!! Por aca andamos con enfermos en casita, mi esposo y mi niña, y honestamente eso me pone a mi los animos por el piso sumado a muchas otras cosas, pero no hay rutina que no me alegre la vida, asi sea un poco jeje porque en esta oportunidad no le di tan duro, pero quise cumplirme al menos, y les traigo esta rutina de cardio con bajo imparto, ideal para esos dias donde quieres entrenar pero no estas al 100%

Si no puedes saltar, la parte del salto de payaso pueden ignorarla o simplemente hacerlo abriendo y cerrando las piernas, sin el salto ps!! Al igual que los desplazamientos laterales, es decir, la rutina esta sujeta a modificaciones, pero no permitan que sus excusas los ganen, y vamos a la accion💪💪

If you can't jump, the clown jump part you can ignore it or just do it by opening and closing your legs, without the jump ps!!! Just like the lateral displacements, i.e. the routine is subject to modification, but don't let your excuses win you over, and let's get to the action💪💪.
