    Mujeres Divinas

    Mujeres, oh mujeres tan divinas
No queda otro camino que adorarlas
    Mujeres, oh mujeres tan divinas
No queda otro camino que adorarlas.

    Vicente Fernadez

    Divine women

    Talking about women and betrayals
    The bottles were consumed
They asked me to sing my songs
And I sang some two against them
    Suddenly a gentleman approaches
His hair already painted some gray
He told me "I beg you comrade
That he does not speak in my presence of the ladies"
I told him that we just
We talked about how badly we were paid
What if someone had a different opinion?
It would be because they never betrayed him
What if someone had a different opinion?
It would be because they never betrayed him
He told me I am one of the beings
    Who else has endured failures
And the women always left me
Crying and with a broken soul
But I never blame them for my wounds
You have to suffer when you love
The most beautiful hours of my life
I've passed them next to a lady
We could die in the canteens
And we would never be able to forget them
    Women, oh women so divine
There is no other way than to adore them
    Women, oh women so divine
There is no other way than to adore them.

Vicente Fernández Gómez (Guadalajara, Jalisco, February 17, 1940 - Guadalajara, Jalisco, December 12, 2021) was a Mexican singer, the last of the mythical interpreters of the ranchera song. In this romantic and sentimental genre, the voice of Vicente Fernández immortalized several songs that became hits, such as "Divine Women", a song that came from the pen of Martín Urieta, who, like many composers that Mexico has given, found inspiration in personal experiences, and this song is no exception; For this reason, Unotv.com tells you the story of the emblematic success of the "Charro de Huentitán".
The song "Divine Women" would have emerged, as is known, after a claim to Martín Urieta for singing songs that left women in a bad light. It is said that, in a meeting, while the singer-songwriter was interpreting the song "You're going to the devil", a man was dissatisfied with the lyrics.
Not caring what the audience might say, this man rebuked Martín Urieta, making his discontent known for singing against women. After the annoyance of his audience, the successful composer assured that he was only talking about the betrayals he had suffered.
