Saludos cordiales para todos, en especial para nuestra querida comunidad de @espavlog. Muy grato estar con ustedes en una nueva pagina audiovisual y presentarles mi podcast semanal acostumbrado.

Hoy les traigo este buen tema que por muchas razones siempre debemos hacer lugar en nuestras vidas, y es que nadie es inmune al desanimo y problemas relacionados. Por ello decidí traer estas modestas sugerencias practicas que van de la mano con nuestras afirmaciones diarias y que tanto pueden generarnos dosis de motivación.

Básicamente destaco en mi intervención expresarnos desde el presente y en primera persona a fin de evitar esa tendencia tan particular que tenemos de verlo a futuro cualquier meta y que suelen se condicionadas por las circunstancias.

Así que afirmar con entusiasmo y siendo realistas recibimos una fuerte dosis de motivación y alegría al menos de manera razonable. Claro, siempre insisto en que estas sugerencias debemos verlas a un grado razonable, ya que no son una varita mágica que puedan hacernos sentir motivados del todo.

Existirán casos donde con esfuerzo y constancia podamos ver los resultados. La idea es no rendirse y siempre encontrar momentos y oportunidades para salir adelante con un entusiasmo notorio en nuestras vidas. Recomiendo mucho el ejercicio de mirarnos al espejo y decirnos que si podemos alcanzar cualquier meta trazada o simplemente sentirnos con la motivación a tope.

Evitemos procrastinar y demos lugar a la diligencia, iniciativa y el empoderamiento en nuestras vidas. Estoy seguro que todos podemos minimizar el impacto que tiene esta característica de dejar todo para después y por el contario marcar diferencias.

Today I bring you this good topic that for many reasons we must always make room in our lives, and is that no one is immune to discouragement and related problems. That is why I decided to bring these modest practical suggestions that go hand in hand with our daily affirmations and that can generate doses of motivation.

Basically I emphasize in my intervention to express ourselves from the present and in the first person in order to avoid that particular tendency we have to see any goal in the future and that are usually conditioned by circumstances.

So, affirming with enthusiasm and being realistic, we receive a strong dose of motivation and joy, at least in a reasonable way. Of course, I always insist that these suggestions must be seen to a reasonable degree, since they are not a magic wand that can make us feel motivated at all.

There will be cases where with effort and perseverance we can see results. The idea is not to give up and always find moments and opportunities to move forward with a noticeable enthusiasm in our lives. I highly recommend the exercise of looking at ourselves in the mirror and telling ourselves that we can achieve any goal we have set or simply feel motivated to the fullest.

Let's avoid procrastination and make room for diligence, initiative and empowerment in our lives. I'm sure we can all minimize the impact of procrastination and instead make a difference.
