¿Discutes con tercos? - (Eng/Esp) Subtitled

Saludos estimados amigos de #Hive y en especial de la comunidad de @Espavlog. Volvemos con un nuevo contenido tocando estos temas que nos hacen especialmente humanos y siempre nos dejan lugar para la reflexión y autocritica.

Este tópico en particular asoma esas situaciones del día a día que pudieran tornarse algo incómodas, pero que dan una excelente oportunidad para tener un buen manejo de ellas.

Suele ser muy frecuente encontrar personalidades difíciles y poco razonables en sus criterios, cuanto más al no ceder en alguna postura en las que puedan equivocarse. Es por ello que en este pódcast quise traer algunas observaciones puntuales que podríamos derivar de esta situación.

Una de ellas suele ser la tendencia a querer GANAR aquella conversación, debate o discusión simplemente por no quedar mal y no darle la razón al terco. Sin embargo, como reitero en el Pódcast solemos perder mucho tiempo en ello.

Por otro lado, es bastante común que sin darnos cuenta seamos nosotros los tercos, ya que al querer imponer un criterio terminemos en un escenario contraproducente para nosotros mismos.

Estas personas tercas y nulas para ceder suelen presentar muchas excusas para defender su posición a fin de no quedar mal, es por ello que suele ser más sensato llegar a un terreno común con ellas y eventualmente esperar una reacción favorable, muchas veces una pausa y la meditación posterior hace que las otras personas vean las cosas más objetivas.

La empatía juega un papel fundamental en estos escenarios tan particulares, porque hablará muy bien de nosotros y la inteligencia emocional, incluso que podamos desplegar al respecto.

Básicamente, son algunos lineamientos de mi pódcast y que siempre dará mucho para hablar este tema, es por ello que si te agrado, no dudes en dejar tu valioso comentario, me ayudaría mucho a reforzar ideas adicionales para mi crecimiento personal.

This topic in particular shows those day-to-day situations that could become somewhat uncomfortable, but that give an excellent opportunity to have a good management of them.

It is very common to find difficult and unreasonable personalities in their criteria, especially when they do not give in to any position in which they may be wrong. That is why in this podcast I wanted to bring some specific observations that we could derive from this situation.

One of them is usually the tendency to want to WIN that conversation, debate or discussion simply not to look bad and not to prove the stubborn person right. However, as I reiterate in the Podcast, we tend to waste a lot of time on it.

On the other hand, it is quite common that without realizing it, we are the stubborn ones, because when we want to impose a criterion we end up in a counterproductive scenario for ourselves.

These stubborn and unwilling to give in usually present many excuses to defend their position in order not to look bad, that is why it is usually wiser to reach a common ground with them and eventually wait for a favorable reaction, often a pause and subsequent meditation makes other people see things more objectively.

Empathy plays a fundamental role in these very particular scenarios, because it will speak very well of us and the emotional intelligence, even that we can deploy in this regard.
