    Empezamos con Shin ups llevando la barra a la barbilla o pecho dependiendo la fuerza del atleta, con 4 series de 8 repeticiones
    We start with Shin ups taking the bar to the chin or chest depending on the strength of the athlete, with 4 sets of 8 repetitions

    Prosiguiendo la rutina vamos con Australians en agarre Shin Ups llevado lo más elevado llevando el pecho a la barra haciendo 4 series de 8 repeticiones

    Luego avanzamos a hacer pull ups neutrales llegando el pecho o la barbilla a la mayor altura posible, posteriormente a hacer las comando pull ups, cada uno de estos ejercicios con 4 series de 8 repeticiones

    Y por ultimo pero por supuesto no menos importante segumos con el ultimo ejercicio de esta rutina el cual es pseudo push ups haciendo de este 4 series de 8 repeticiones
