    Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC y #Colmena, soy @joanfh-workout, y hoy compartiré con ustedes una rutina de ejercicios que grabé en el parque Fundación Mendoza del estado Aragua en la ciudad de Maracay. Estos ejercicios básicos son para ganar st y trabajar la parte superior de nuestro cuerpo. Tomando como prioridad el enfoque para trabajar los siguientes músculos. Pectorales, hombros y tríceps.

    Greetings friends of the SWC and #Hive community, I'm @joanfh-workout, and today I will share with you an exercise routine that I recorded in the Fundación Mendoza park in the state of Aragua in the city of Maracay. These basic exercises are to gain strength and work the upper part of our body. Taking as a priority the focus to work the following muscles. Pectoral, shoulder and triceps.

    Un recordatorio, estira y calienta antes de cualquier actividad física para evitar agujetas y cualquier lesión futura por una mala ejecución de un ejercicio.

    A reminder, stretch and warm up before any physical activity to avoid stiffness and any future injury due to poor execution of an exercise.

    Push-ups with variation

    Las variaciones a la hora de realizar flexiones se basan en tres tamaños. Flexiones abiertas, medias y cerradas para trabajar lo que en realidad es parte del pectoral, hombro y tríceps.
