    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Threespeak ,un abrazo fuerte para todos 😊 mi nombre en JavWee soy entrenador personal, un placer hoy a mi entrada, quiero compartir con ustedes unos set potente PARA EL TREN INFERIOR donde vamos a realizar un conjunto de set y nos vamos a enfocar en el aumento múscular ejecutando perfectos movimientos hasta que consigamos los resultados que tanto deseamos, y otras dinámicas donde sé que van a disfrutar mucho tanto como yo, vamos empecemos,sigueme entrena conmigo!

    Debes saber esto antes de entrenar piernas

    Antes de entrenar piernas, que son unos de los músculos más duro a la hora de trabajarlos, ya que hay que darle un rendimiento más riguroso, debemos tener en cuenta varias cosas, ya que nos evitaría previos inconvenientes y más allá nos conoceríamos más como estamos.

    1 . Antes de empezar una rutina de piernas debemos primero hacernos un chequeo médico para ver como estamos tanto de salud, como también para saber como están nuestras articulaciones.
    2 . Hidratarnos bien desde muy temprano.
    3 . Desayunar bien a la hora, esto es muy importante, ya que esto mide la calidad del rendimiento a la hora de entrenar.
    4 . Te recomiendo que te comas un cambur antes de entrenar y luego después de entrenar como mínimo y verás la energía y los resultados que te darán.

    LO QUE DEBES SABER Y NO TE DIRAN

    A la hora de entrenar piernas o cualquier otro musculo debes tener en cuenta el cambio de rutinas, ya que el musculo que acostumbra a los mismos movimientos y ya no sera una carga para el a la hora si queremos aumentar masa muscular o bien quieres ver mejores resultados, lo recomendable que rotes las rutinas semanales.
