Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes una noche de entrenamiento por la noche.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you a night of training at night.

El día 29 de noviembre, retome los entrenamientos después de un par de días sin entrenar porque tenías sobre carga en los músculos por la falta de descanso. Además, tenía un callo y decidí descansar también por eso.
On November 29th, I resumed training after a couple of days without training because I had overloaded muscles due to lack of rest. Also, I had a callus and decided to rest for that as well.
En esta oportunidad no tuve la oportunidad de hacer tantos dinámicos debido a que tengo un callo doloroso que se volvió a romper, de igual forma seguí e hice lo que pude, Lo más que hice fue practicar algunos trucos y estáticos cómo plancha, front lever y back lever.
This time I didn't have the opportunity to do as many dynamics because I have a painful callus that broke again, but I still continued and did what I could. The most I did was to practice some tricks and statics like plank, front lever and back lever.
El día fue bueno pero necesito recuperarme para empezar a practicar combinaciones para la copa hive debido a que he perdido un poco de fluidez porque tengo tiempo sin practicar combos de estáticos y dinamicos.
The day was good but I need to recover to start practicing combinations for the hive cup because I have lost a little bit of fluency because I have some time without practicing static and dynamic combos.
