    Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles unos ejercicios para comenzar en la calistenia.

    Antes de comenzar con estos ejercicios recuerden hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.

    Muchas veces observamos rutinas de calistenia de nivel intermedio o avanzado y dependiendo de la dificultad de los ejercicios se nos hace complicado realizarlos correctamente, esto es debido a que no tenemos la suficiente fuerza para ejecutar dichos movimientos.

    Y si estás empezando en la calistenia lo mejor sería comenzar con ejercicios sencillos pero muy eficaces para fortalecer nuestro cuerpo e ir desarrollando esa fuerza que necesitamos para las futuras rutinas o ejercicios avanzados.

    Estos ejercicios nos ayudaran a tener una buena preparación a futuro si queremos comenzar a entrenar ejercicios de estáticos o dinámicos.

    Los grupos musculares que se trabajarán con estos ejercicios son: espalda, bíceps, dorsales, pecho, tríceps, hombros y abdominales.

    Los ejercicios que elegí son muy completos y nos ayudaran a trabajar toda la parte superior de nuestro cuerpo.

    Esta rutina es fundamental que la agreguen en sus entrenamientos si queremos progresar en la calistenia y street workout.

    Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I am going to show you some exercises to start calisthenics.

    Before starting these exercises, remember to do a good warm-up to avoid discomfort or injury during training.

    Many times we observe intermediate or advanced level calisthenics routines and depending on the difficulty of the exercises it is difficult for us to perform them correctly, this is because we do not have enough strength to execute these movements.

    And if you are starting calisthenics, it would be best to start with simple but very effective exercises to strengthen our body and develop the strength we need for future routines or advanced exercises.

    These exercises will help us to have a good preparation for the future if we want to start training static or dynamic exercises.

    The muscle groups that will be worked with these exercises are: back, biceps, lats, chest, triceps, shoulders and abdominals.

    The exercises that I chose are very complete and will help us work the entire upper part of our body.

    This routine is essential to add to your workouts if we want to progress in calisthenics and street workout.

    Australianas con agarre prono. 4 series / 12 reps.

    Australianas con agarre supino. 4 series / 12 reps.

    Australianas en barra media con agarre prono cerrado. 4 series / 15 reps.

    Australianas en barra media con agarre supino cerrado. 4 series / 15 reps.

    Knee raises. 4 series / 8 reps.

    Funds in bank or low bar. 4 series / 12 reps.

    Incline push ups. 4 series / 12 reps.

    Australians with prone grip. 4 series / 12 reps.

    Australians with underhand grip. 4 series / 12 reps.

    Aussies on medium bar with close overhand grip. 4 series / 15 reps.

    Aussies on the middle bar with a closed underhand grip. 4 series / 15 reps.

    Knee raises. 4 series / 8 reps.
