Hive Open mic week 161, I am @onos-f and our theme for this week is ‘MY ORIGINAL SONG’. This theme in my understanding calls me to make an entry of a song that is originally written by me. As such, I’m bringing to you one of my oldest songs which I wrote in the year 2009 with the title ‘I WILL LIFT YOUR NAME HIGHER’. This song is about 14 years but I have not been able to make it official due to one reason or the other especially as it concerns my academic formation and life endeavors. Hopefully, when I am less busy, I will polish this song in a music studio and publish it for general consumption. However, in line with the theme of this week, I am inspired to present this song for your listening pleasures.

Semana 161 de micrófono abierto de Hive, soy @ onos-f y nuestro tema para esta semana es 'MI CANCIÓN ORIGINAL'. Este tema en mi entendimiento me llama a hacer una entrada de una canción que originalmente fue escrita por mí. Como tal, les traigo una de mis canciones más antiguas que escribí en el año 2009 con el título 'I WILL LIFT YOUR NAME HIGHER'. Esta canción tiene unos 14 años, pero no he podido hacerla oficial por una razón u otra, especialmente en lo que respecta a mi formación académica y mis esfuerzos en la vida. Con suerte, cuando esté menos ocupado, puliré esta canción en un estudio de música y la publicaré para consumo general. Sin embargo, en línea con el tema de esta semana, me inspira presentar esta canción para sus placeres auditivos.

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THIS SONGS

In 2009, something which calls for unusual praise happened in my life and I could not think of any song to express my feelings to God. As I kept reflecting, I unconsciously found myself putting the lyrics of this song together in my mind, and it was so interesting to me and was prompted to make it musical. Even though it is about 14 years already, I find myself singing this song almost everyday in the house and other places where I am inspired to sing either consciously or unconsciously. The song has never departed from me even though I have not been able to make it a reality in a musical studio. As you listen to me play my Soprano and Tenor recorders and also sing for you, I hope you derive some meaning listening to me.

LA INSPIRACIÓN DETRÁS DE ESTAS CANCIONES

En 2009, algo que requiere una alabanza inusual sucedió en mi vida y no pude pensar en ninguna canción para expresar mis sentimientos a Dios. Mientras seguía reflexionando, inconscientemente me encontré juntando la letra de esta canción en mi mente, y fue muy interesante para mí y me impulsó a hacerlo musical. A pesar de que ya son unos 14 años, me encuentro cantando esta canción casi todos los días en la casa y en otros lugares donde me inspiro para cantar consciente o inconscientemente. La canción nunca se ha apartado de mí a pesar de que no he podido hacerla realidad en un estudio musical. Mientras me escuchas tocar mis flautas dulces Soprano y Tenor y también cantar para ti, espero que obtengas algún significado al escucharme. Saludos Che
