    Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, voy a mostrarles algunas variaciones de flexiones para no aburrirse en sus entrenamientos de básicos.

    Muchas veces nos pasa que ya las flexiones normales nos aburren o simplemente sentimos que no progresamos lo suficiente debido a qué nuestros músculos ya estan acostumbrados a este ejercicio.

    Las variaciones que les enseñaré requieren de mayor fuerza que una flexión normal, pero el resultado sera satisfactorio ya que no solamente progresaremos en las diferentes flexiones sino también tendremos mas control corporal.

    Los músculos que se trabajarán con estas variaciones de flexiones serán: el pecho, tríceps y el hombro.

    Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, I am going to show you some variations of push-ups so that you do not get bored in your basic training.

    Many times it happens to us that normal push-ups already bore us or we simply feel that we are not progressing enough because our muscles are already used to this exercise.

    The variations that I will teach you require more strength than a normal push-up, but the result will be satisfactory since not only will we progress in the different push-ups but we will also have more body control.

    The muscles that will be worked with these push-up variations will be: the chest, triceps and the shoulder.

    Flexiones con palmada.

    Flexiones con palmada en el muslo.

    Flexiones a un brazo.

    Wide grip prone pullups. 4 series / 8 reps.

    Close grip prone pull-ups. 4 series / 8 normal push-ups

    Declined Pushups.

    Diamond Push Ups.

    Elbow push-ups.

    Archer push-ups.

    Clap push-ups.

    Thigh slap push-ups.

    One-arm push-ups.
