Como sabran me lesione el hombro y estuve de reposó y no podia hacer ni siquiera una flexion, ya que me generaba molestia en el musculo.
No fue facil llevar estos días con esta lesion, ya que este deporte es parte de mi vida, y el no poder realizar ningun ejercicio, me sentia triste y desanimado.
Me tome unos dias para descansar, ponerme hielo, hacerme masajes y terapias en el hombro para recuperarme.
En este video no realice ninguna rutina solamente queria probar mi resistencia en los estáticos y que tanto he perdido, sin embargo, el descanso me ha venido de maravilla y me siento lleno de energia y con muchísimas ganas de seguir entrenando.
En el vídeo podemos notar que ahi algunas cosas que si me cuestan realizarlas, pero a pesar de todo, me siento mejor y con mas energía gracias al descanso que me tome.
Me alegra volver a esta hermoso deporte llamado Calistenia y Street Workout.

As you know, I injured my shoulder and I was resting and I couldn't even do a push-up, since it caused me discomfort in the muscle.
It was not easy to carry these days with this injury, since this sport is part of my life, and not being able to do any exercise, I felt sad and discouraged.
I took a few days to rest, ice myself, get massages and shoulder therapies to recover.
In this video I did not do any routine, I just wanted to test my resistance in the statics and that I have lost so much, however, the rest has been wonderful for me and I feel full of energy and eager to continue training.
In the video we can see that there are some things that are difficult for me to do, but despite everything, I feel better and with more energy thanks to the rest that I take.
I am glad to return to this beautiful sport called Calisthenics and Street Workout.
