Free Style Day with Some of My Colleagues

Hola amigos y amigas de hice y swc. Mi nombre es isaac camacho @isaac-mir y en esta oportunidad tengo la dicha de compartir con ustedes un dia de FREE STYLE con algunos de mis compañeros atletas. Este dia fue muy especial para mi y quiero compartirlo con ustedes. Espero y les guste!.

Hello friends and friends of I did and swc. My name is isaac camacho @isaac-mir and this time I have the joy of sharing with you a FREE STYLE day with some of my fellow athletes. This day was very special for me and I want to share it with you. I hope you like it!.

Antes de empezar realizamos estiramientos y calentamientos musculares para que el cuerpo estuviera en condiciones para el momento de hacer free. Fuimos a la casa del atleta angelo castillo @angelosw, es primera vez que voy a su hogar y nos resivio muy bien, el trato fue genial y el compañerismo. El me explico unos que otros dinamicos que espero algun dia realizarlos con exito.

Before starting, we stretched and warmed up our muscles so that the body was in good condition for the time to do free. We went to the house of the athlete angelo castillo @angelosw, it is the first time that I go to his home and he welcomed us very well, the treatment was great and the camaraderie. He explained to me some dynamics that I hope one day to do successfully.

Compartir un dia con los muchachos fue muy agradable, compartimos ideas, nos ayudamos a mejorar con la fluides de los dinamicos y esto refuerza la amistad, siempre hay un respeto y motivación a seguir. Gracias a este dia pude conocer y socualizar un poco mas con los chicos. Este dia estuvo genial, me agradó muchísimo poder estar con todos y poder conocernos un poco mas allá del deporte.

Sharing a day with the boys was very nice, we shared ideas, we helped each other improve with the fluidity of the dynamics and this strengthens the friendship, there is always respect and motivation to continue. Thanks to this day I was able to meet and socialize a little more with the boys. This day was great, I really liked being with everyone and getting to know each other a little beyond sports.

Este dia fue increible, en este lugar pude realizar los dinamicos con mucha confianza, aca tomamos las medias preventivas y eso hace que podamos practicar con fluides y confianza. Sumando la motivación que hay con los compañeros. Esto es todo por el momento, espero y les haya gustdo, lo hago con todo el cariño del mundo para ustedes. Que tengan un feliz dia.
