Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, hoy les vengo a traer una rutina de front lever de nivel intermedio.
Estos ejercicios que les voy a mostrar les ayudara a ir progresando en el front lever, cabe destacar que tienen que ser muy constante y disciplinado con este estático, ya que el front lever es un ejercicio avanzado y debes de entrenarlo de manera constante y correcta para progresar.
A continuacion mostrare los ejercicios.
