Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, hoy les traigo una rutina de cuerpo completo
Son ejercicios basicos que nos ayudaran a trabajar varios musculos del cuerpo no solamente la parte superior como lo son: espalda, pecho, tríceps y biceps, sino tambien incluiremos ejercicios de parte inferior para trabajar nuestros cuádriceps, femoral y pantorrilla.
Este entrenamiento les servirá para mantener todo su cuerpo activo.
A continuacion mostrare los ejercicios.
Hello friends of Hive and the SWC community, today I bring you a full body routine
They are basic exercises that will help us work various muscles of the body, not only the upper part such as: back, chest, triceps and biceps, but we will also include lower part exercises to work our quadriceps, hamstrings and calves.
This training will help you keep your whole body active.
Next I will show the exercises.
Dominadas pronas. 4 series / 8 reps.
Dominadas supinas. 4 series / 8 reps
Fondos. 4 series / 15 reps
Flexiones. 4 series / 20 reps
Zancadas explosivas con cambio. 4 series / 10 reps
Sentadillas. 4 series / 30 reps
Elevaciones de gemelos. 4 series / 15 reps.
Prone pull-ups 4 series / 8 reps.
Supine pull-ups. 4 sets / 8 reps
Money. 4 sets / 15 reps
Push-ups. 4 sets / 20 reps
Explosive lunges with change. 4 sets / 10 reps
squats. 4 sets / 30 reps
Calf raises. 4 series / 15 reps.
