@blas-training una vez mas por la comunidad,el dia de ho les traigo una rutina bastante fuerte ,es la segunda parte de un video que traje hace un tiempo y la cual estoy haciendo para prepararme para competir proximamente junto con esta rutina ,dicho esto hay varios niveles para hacer la rutina ,la Pull ups (nivel principiante),Muscle ups (nivel intermedio),Pull ups+Muscle ups (nivel avanzado),dicho esto vayamos con el video.
