Cuando hablamos de hacer pierna para nuestro deporte siempre dicen que no nos ayudaran, nos agragaran peso en los movimiento, entre otras cosas. Pero la verdad es todo lo contrario, ejemplo: en nuestro front o plancha nos ayudara a tener una mejor postura ya que tendremos una fuerza extra para levantar nuestra palanca ( ya que en esas palancas usamos la fuerza abdominal para no utilizar la de nuestras piernas, pero si agregamos punta de pie distribuiremos esa fuerza mas uniformemente), en nuestro free nos ayudara en la explosividad de nuestros giros ya que al mayor peso que mover ( si tienes una gran masa muscular en la parte superior) y no tener fuerza en las piernas usaremos mas la fuerza superior (que no esta mal) pero al agregar la parte inferior giraremos mas rapido, nos cansaremos menos ya que la fuerza del giro se distribuye en las dos partes del cuerpo y tendremos una mejor condinacion para los trucos ya que como lo dije anteriormente la parte inferior y superior de nuestro torso al ser entrenados en armonia desarrollaremos una gran cordinacion, al igual que podremos soportar mejor las caigas al bajarnos de la barra.

Tambien hay que resaltar que hacer pierna cuando tienes un buen niven en tu estatico no te agrega peso, si dejas de entrenar tus estaticos y te enfocas solo en tus piernas obviamente si pero sera porque no estas acostumbrando a tu cuerpo a la carga que le estas dando en la parte inferior lo que hara que te retraces, si los entrenas y sigues haciendo tus estaticos estos se adaptaran y sera como si no estuvieras agregando peso, otra cosa es que al no entrenar el estatico con la misma intensidad obviamente progresaras un poco mas lento pero sin embargo segurias progresando, solo es la costumbre la que hara que sientas que te estas estancando.
