Calistenia en centro comercial para promocionar a Hive.[ESP-ENG]

Hola Hivers

Luego de días de preparación y organización para el (Hive meet up Sucre) y que este se llevase a cabo el 17 de agosto del presente mes, se me ocurrió una idea la cual será promocionar a Hive a través del ejercicio, y me preguntarán ¿cómo se pude hacer esto? la realidad es muy sencilla, en estos momentos aprovecharé el hecho de que estoy haciendo ejercicio de calistenia fisica dónde hago flexiones y extensiones de codos, sentadillas y ejercicios aeróbicos los cuales son relativamente sencillos y que no necesitan de pesas, ni bancos, no nada por el estilo para salir a la calle a realizarlos. Todo esto con el objetivo de por lo menos quemar algo de calorías y empezar a bajar un poco la panza jajajaja (risas); en realidad se debe decir reducir un poco la zona abdominal.

After days of preparation and organization for the (Hive meet up Sucre) and that this will take place on August 17 of this month, I came up with an idea which will be to promote Hive through exercise, and I wonder how I could do this? The reality is very simple, at the moment I will take advantage of the fact that I am doing physical calisthenics where I do push-ups and elbow extensions, squats and aerobic exercises which are relatively simple and do not need weights, or benches, or anything like that to go out to the street to perform them. All this with the aim of at least burning some calories and start to lose a little belly hahahaha (laughs); actually I should say reduce a little the abdominal area.

Así que me vesti con mi franela de Hive, y me fui al centro comercial ciudad TraKy, que está en todo el centro de la ciudad y que cabe destacar este es muy concurrido, el simple hecho de portar está franela llama la atención bastante. Al entrar me fui directamente al lugar más alto de este centro comercial donde la mayoría de las personas que lo visitan se encuentran, también debo decir que en esta zona se encuentra un gimnasio, así que tome el ascensor y subí hasta la terraza, allí me dispuse a realizar mi rutina de ejercicios y muchas personas me quedaban viendo por lo que estaba haciendo.

So I dressed with my Hive flannel, and I went to the TraKy city mall, which is in the center of the city and it should be noted that this is very busy, the simple fact of wearing this flannel attracts attention enough. When I entered I went directly to the highest place of this mall where most of the people who visit it are, I must also say that in this area there is a gym, so I took the elevator and went up to the terrace, there I set out to perform my exercise routine and many people were watching me for what I was doing.

En ese lugar dure aproximadamente unos 45 minutos para ser sinceros, y no fue una sorpresa que hubieron muchos de los que estaban allí se me acercarán a preguntar que hacía, les explicaba las razones y quedaban asombrados del por qué me grababa. Así que seguí haciendo mis ejercicios hasta culminarlos y no romper mi actividad física la cual es necesaria en este momento de mi vida, pues estoy enfocado totalmente a estar sano y fuerte sin tener sobrepeso. Luego de ello les hable sobre la plataforma y las bondades que está tiene, además les dejé el link del canal de telegram de Hive sucre, para que obtuvieran mayor información.

In that place I lasted about 45 minutes to be honest, and it was not a surprise that many of those who were there approached me to ask what I was doing, I explained the reasons and they were amazed why I was recording myself. So I continued doing my exercises until I finished them and not break my physical activity which is necessary at this time of my life, because I am totally focused on being healthy and strong without being overweight. After that I told them about the platform and the benefits it has, I also left them the link to the telegram channel of Hive sucre, so they could get more information.

Bueno acá les dejo un vídeo de como realize la rutina de ejercicios, espero que les guste mucho, no debo mentirles que me sentí genial el profeta hacer ejercicio en un ambiente diferente y con mi super franela de Hive, la cual me servirá para promocionar la plataforma y que está siga creciendo.
