    If you want to have ABS, take it with perseverance. In just one month you will see the results as long as you avoid eating a lot of rice and drinking soft drinks. Eat green vegetables rich in protein. This is my secret, eating green vegetables like Water Spinach, Cabbage, Brocolli, and many more, which are cheap and available in the market.

    I only have a few vitamin supplements needed to strengthen my bones and muscles. But if possible, drink plenty of water to cleanse your kidneys and body veins.
