Hola Hivers

Hoy decido ir hacer ejercicio fuera de mi casa para trabajar una rutina aeróbica, la cual está súper entretenida y súper dinámica. Está haciendo un sol radiante y me encanta pues eso me generará vitaminas a la piel, eso sí los rayos ultravioleta buenos son de las 7 a 9 de la mañana y llegue justo a tiempo pues son las 8 de la mañana jajaja (risas).

Today I decide to exercise outside my house to work an aerobic routine, which is super fun and super dynamic. The sun is shining and I love it because it will generate vitamins to my skin, but the good ultraviolet rays are from 7 to 9 in the morning and I'm just in time because it's 8 in the morning hahaha (laughs).

Estos ejercicios lo realizarán ustedes mismos a la intensidad que puedan, pues no podemos forzar el cuerpo a realizar trabajos tan fuertes y a intensidades tan altas pues podemos lesionarnos.

These exercises will be performed by yourselves at the intensity you can, because we can not force the body to perform such strong work and at such high intensities because we can get injured.
