    ¡Seguimos con el cardio!, hay demasiados ejercicios que son efectivos para quemar calorias, esta vez haremos algunas variantes con ayuda de un baston (un palo de escoba funciona perfectamente), el circuito esta pensado para ejercitar todos los grupos musculares, empezando con piernas y terminando con espalda, debemos repetir todo por lo menos unas 3 o 4 veces, como siempre 1 minutos cada uno de los ejercicios.

Además, el descanso entre cada set no deberia se más de 3 minutos.

    Algo que podria funcionar bien seria aumentar el tiempo de ejecución de los ejercicios en el ultimo circuito, es decir, pasamos de 1 minuto a 1 con 30 segundos por ejemplo, el ultimo set es el que más efecto tiene, como cuando estamos levantando pesas... Siempre las ultimas 2 o 3 repeticiones son las que realmente sirven.
