    Saludos amigos y amigas de @fulldeportes, sabemos que los ejercicios explosivos siempre realizan un desarrollo muscular amplio al igual que la fuerza y resistencia que ganamos. Por ende quería realizar algo combinado entre resistencia y fuerza con piernas... Tuve la iniciativa de agregarle más series con la única cosa de que el descanso será poco. Podremos bajar las repeticiones pero deberemos tener poco descanso y más trabajo. A continuación les dejaré la lista de circuito de mi top 4 ejercicios aeróbicos enfocado a las piernas, y parte de la espalda recta... Empecemos.
    Greetings friends and friends of @fulldeportes, we know that explosive exercises always perform a broad muscle development as well as strength and endurance that we gain. Therefore I wanted to do something combined between endurance and leg strength... I had the initiative to add more series with the only thing that the rest will be little. We will be able to lower the reps but we will have to have little rest and more work. Here is the circuit list of my top 4 aerobic exercises focused on the legs, and part of the back straight... Let's get started.

    RUTIA / ROUTINE

    Ejercicio 1: Realizamos sentadillas con una barra con un peso medio al máximo que podamos, realizando un total de 10-15 repeticiones con descansos cortos y un total de 5 series.


    Ejercicio #2: Aquí si podemos utilizar nuestro peso mayor, ya que vamos a realizar peso muerto y este ejercicio con peso ligero no se nota el cambio, realizamos nuestras repeticiones de 8-12, con poco descanso y un total de 5 series.


    Ejercicio #3: Aquí vamos a trabajar un poco el cardio ya que vamos a correr pero también estamos activando esas piernas de manera brutal ya que venimos de 2 ejercicios que enfocan mucho los cuádriceps. Yo en lo personal realice 2min de trote con un total de 5 vueltas en el parque que me encontraba.


    Ejercicio #4: Último ejercicio dónde realizaremos Sentadillas en Banca, yo loe realizo con un peso de unos 30kg aproximados y trato de mantener los pies de puntas para darle enfoque también a las pantorrillas. Realizando 20 - 25 repeticiones de 5 Series.

    Exercise 1: We perform squats with a barbell with a medium weight at the maximum weight we can, performing a total of 10-15 repetitions with short rests and a total of 5 sets.


    Exercise #2: Here if we can use our heavier weight, as we are going to perform dead weight and this exercise with light weight is not noticeable change, we perform our repetitions of 8-12, with little rest and a total of 5 sets.


    Exercise #3: Here we are going to work a little cardio as we are going to run but we are also activating those legs in a brutal way as we come from 2 exercises that focus a lot on the quads. I personally did 2 minutes of jogging with a total of 5 laps in the park I was in.


    Exercise #4: Last exercise where we will perform Bench Squats, I do it with a weight of approximately 30kg and try to keep my feet on my toes to also focus on the calves. Performing 20 - 25 repetitions of 5 sets.
