    Fue un dia caótico, no tuve electricidad desde las 9 AM, el clima no ayudo para nada, de hecho tenia meses sin ver una lluvia tan fuerte, por lo cual no pude salir de casa, ni siquiera para entrenar en el gym, tuve los animos por el suelo, decidí hacer algo de cardio en casa para no dejar pasar el día por alto. La rutina esta pensada para quemar calorias, especificamente vamos a trabajar en tronco superior.

    It was a chaotic day, I had no electricity since 9 AM, the weather did not help at all, in fact I had months without seeing such a heavy rain, so I could not leave home, not even to train in the gym, I had the spirits on the floor, I decided to do some cardio at home to not let the day pass by overlooked. The routine is designed to burn calories, specifically we are going to work on the upper body.

    Utilice un caucho antiguo de mi motocicleta, un par de envases llenos de agua y una toalla, los ejercicios son muy simples, ya sabes que en mi blog no vemos planchas complicadas o variaciones de flexiones avanzadas, intento siempre mostrar ejercicios que cualquier persona puede realizar, lo que realmente va a marcar la diferencia en estas rutinas son la cantidad de veces que se repitan los circuitos.

    Use an old rubber from my motorcycle, a couple of containers filled with water and a towel, the exercises are very simple, you know that in my blog we don't see complicated planks or variations of advanced push-ups, I always try to show exercises that anyone can do, what will really make the difference in these routines are the amount of times you repeat the circuits.

    Haremos los primeros cuatro ejercicios durante 1 minuto y el quinto por solo 30 segundos, no tendremos tiempo de descanso entre ejercicios pero si al finalizar cada set, este puede ser de 3 o 4 minutos, si puedes recuperar el aliento en menos de eso el entrenamiento sera aún más efetivo... El objetivo es dejar la franela sudada.

    We will do the first four exercises for 1 minute and the fifth for only 30 seconds, we will not have rest time between exercises but at the end of each set, this can be 3 or 4 minutes, if you can catch your breath in less than that the training will be even more effective... The goal is to leave the flannel sweaty.
