Already in ancient times the wolf was considered a powerful animal, linked to the moon and whose meaning has a lot to do with victory.

Contrary to popular belief, the wolf is not a solitary animal, but a pack, and the strength of the group is very great.

It is said that wolves are the guardians of certain doors that allow the entrance of angels or heavenly beings. It is also a symbol of friendship, intelligence, compassion, loyalty and much more.

In this design I capture the union of the wolf with nature and above all with that moon that represents the hidden and wonderful.
I imagined a wolf with wings, representing the guardian of the celestial beings that come to this world to protect man.

Design process

The design is made with six images and in 12 layers.

First I placed as a background one of the images of the moon hidden among trees and on top of it I placed the second image in two layers with overexposed colour and strong light fusions.

Then with the image of the forest I made three layers with lighten, raster and soft light blends.

Then I worked on the wings that I was going to put on the wolf in two layers with raster and soft light fusions and on top of them I placed the wolf in three layers, previously erasing all the background. The three layers have raster, strong light and luminosity fusions.
In the last of these layers I erased more of the wolf leaving practically only the face and giving it more brightness.

Finally I matched the image of the wolf where you can only see the face with the moon and even layered it with a strong light fusion.

The animation is completely done in After Effects, working the opacity of each layer and adding lights in the form of clouds for a better contrast.

Ya en tiempos ancestrales se consideraba al lobo como un animal poderoso, unido a la luna y cuyo significado tiene mucho que ver con la victoria.

A contrario de lo que se piensa el lobo no es solitario, sino que va en manada y la fuerza del grupo es muy grande.

Se dice que los lobos son los guardianes de ciertas puertas que permiten la entrada de los ángeles o seres del cielo. Asimismo, es símbolo de la amistad, la inteligencia, la compasión, la lealdad y mucho más.

En este diseño plasmo la unión del lobo con la naturaleza y sobre todo con esa luna que representa lo oculto y maravilloso.

Imaginé un lobo con alas, representando a ese guardián de los seres celestiales que vienen a este mundo para resguardar al hombre.

Proceso del diseño

El diseño esta realizado con seis imágenes y en 12 capas.

Primero coloqué como fondo una de las imágenes de la luna oculta entre árboles y encima de esta puse la segunda imagen en dos capas con fusiones sobreexponer color y luz fuerte.

Luego con la imagen del bosque hice tres capas con fusiones aclarar, trama y luz suave.

Posteriormente trabajé las alas que le iba a colocar al lobo en dos capas con fusiones trama y luz suave y encima de ellas coloqué el lobo de cuerpo entero en tres capas, borrando previamente todo el fondo. Las tres capas tienen fusiones trama, luz fuerte y luminosidad.
En la última de estas capas borre más cantidad de lobo dejando prácticamente sólo el rostro y dándole más brillo al mismo.

Finalmente hice coincidir la imagen del lobo en donde sólo se ve el rostro con la luna y hasta capa le puse fusión de luz fuerte.

La animación está realizada completamente en After Effects, trabajando la opacidad de cada capa y agregando luces en forma de nubes para un mejor contraste.
