In this opportunity I share a series of exercises that I am working from home with my own body weight, where different muscles of the upper and lower body are involved.
Estos ejercicios están basados, en mejorar la resistencia y aumentar la fuerza y explosividad, y son excelentes para tod@s.
De ti y tus capacidades puedes aumentar o disminuir las repeticiones como se te haga más fácil, en mi caso las trabajo así tal cual sale en el vídeo que les acabo de mostrar queridos amigos.
These exercises are based on improving resistance and increasing strength and explosiveness, and are excellent for everyone. From you and your abilities you can increase or decrease the repetitions as it is easier for you, in my case I work them as it appears in the video that I just showed you dear friends.
Estos ejercicios, Superset o circuitos como le queramos llamar que realizo son buenísimos nos permite mejorar nuestras habilidades físicas y aumentamos la fuerza de nuestro cuerpo, y fortalecemos todo el tren superior e inferior en corto tiempo ya que, es una rutina corta pero muy intensa.
These exercises, Superset or circuits as we want to call them that I do are great, they allow us to improve our physical abilities and increase the strength of our body, and we strengthen the entire upper and lower body in a short time since it is a short but very intense routine.
