Today I want to share with you a more extensive video, although it is still with Time-Lapse, where I will show you a practice with a sequence to develop more strength and resistance in arms and shoulders, but which is also very beneficial for the work of the Core.
This practice is performed respecting the vinyasas system (union of movement with breath), to generate a greater concentration in our breathing, mental calm, elevation of physical energy, warmth and flexibility.
In the sequence, the base of each of the postures that is performed with permanence (of 5 deep breaths), is Uttitha Chaturanga Dandasana or the rigid posture on the four extended points.
The way I went about building this sequence was through performing multiple sun salutations, where the "stadium" of each salutation was changing, starting with uttitha chaturanga dandasana or the well-known plank, then with the support of the forearms, subsequently doing these variations on each side of the body, performing side planks.
And ending after so much activation with Pincha Mayurasana, identified as one of the last in the video.
Some benefits of this whole sequence, which would be worth mentioning, regardless of whether you do only some or all of the postures are as follows:
Well, I really hope you enjoy this sequence, and I remind you that if you want to start practicing yoga, don't hesitate to write me. I remain at your service.
