Esta semana comenzó para mi con fatiga muscular y cansancio en general entonces el día lunes 30 de enero me enfoque en trabajos de movilidad, estiramiento además de esto me ayudo muchisimo a liberar estrés muscular acumulada en los músculos, espero que les sea de ayuda a ustedes como a mi siempre me hace de ayuda.
Por cierto estos son los entrenamientos que más me cuestan a mi por el tiempo de inversión o la paciencia que conllevan estas rutinas para mi suele ser tedioso, pero bueno todo es por un beneficio!
This week began for me with muscle fatigue and tiredness in general then on Monday January 30 I focus on mobility work, stretching in addition to this helped me a lot to release muscle stress accumulated in the muscles, I hope it is helpful to you as it always helps me.
By the way these are the workouts that cost me the most because of the time investment or the patience that these routines entail, for me it is usually tedious, but well everything is for a benefit!
Remember that mobility is of utmost importance to perform a variety of exercises, for a person who is beginning to train the work of mobility and stretching are essential to progress in the variety of exercises in order to have a good technique to perform so they can be more effective.
