    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes ya cerca el Fin de semana, vamos con una rutina dr Alto Voltaje, 4 Ejercicios que te dejo por acá, donde vamos a hacer la máxima cantidad de repeticiones que puedas hacer en 1 minuto completo, es una rutina intensa, en la que vas a hacer la mayor cantidad de repeticiones posibles en 1 minuto, no es rápida, no es fuerte, es a tu ritmo, depende de tu si es fuerte, lo que si tiene es intensa, recuerda que la rutina mientras más te exija, más resultados te dará 💪🔥

    Este es un tipo de entrenamiento que estoy haciendo ultimamente para exigirme más, en 1 minuto completo haz la mayor cantidad de repeticiones posibles de un ejercicio, acá te dejo 4 ejercicios diferentes, tu debes elegir la fuerza que le pongas, pero es 1 minuto, no más, ni menos son 4 ejercicios en los que trabajamos minuto de ejercicios y 30 segundos para descansar, con estos 4 ejercicios vas a trabajar de manera que la exigencia va aumentando a medida que vas avanzando, porque la carga de repeticiones hará su trabajo, luego de terminar esta ronda, tomate 1 minuto para descansar y repites 4 rondas y luego em cuentas, creeme que tu cuerpo se activará al 200% si logras hacerla me cuentas como te vá 💪😃
