It is done because if not later could damage the bike so it is preferable to fix it now when you can and not spend so much money much later.

I noticed recently in a video I recorded for hive where I was riding my bike and I was recording my voice and I heard my bike sounding like it was old as if it was an old clunker and I didn't like this because normally I had gotten used to this sound, I just hadn't recorded it that it sounds a little bit different and I realized the problem with the bike.

This problem occurs because the valves of the bike can wear out, the spoons of the engine of the bike can also wear out, in my case it was neither of the two but when the mechanic did the engine to the bike did not adjust it well and the spoons of the bike were a little misadjusted.

The function of this piece is to act as a kind of hammer, what it does is to sink and remove the engine valves, this to move the four strokes of the engine of the bike would be to put gasoline, remove air, put oxygen, make the explosion, remove smoke and is all it does to manipulate the timing of the bike.

The job of the spoons is always to keep the timing of these, that when one goes down the other is up and when the other is down the first one goes up.

But it just happens that as it is not a single complete piece but it is bought to adjust the spoons to the valves, for this reason it is sometimes misadjusted and when the engine is running the spoons collide very strongly with the valves causing this sound also causing wear on the spoons and in the future they may break.The repair was very basic and simple, the steps to repair it are as follows.

First of all I had to remove the spark plug sucker that sends the voltage for the explosion, then I had to remove the spark plug and then remove all the screws that hold the engine cover, when you do you have to check the spoons and move them there are uncovered, if they make a kind of shock against the valves then there is the problem.

They have screws and a nut on each side, these are the ones that you have to tighten so that the sound disappears and is much tighter, all this is looking spectacular, then just put the covers back on, put the nuts back on and then the spark plugs, this will make the bike look like before, but now the spoons and hammers are fully tightened.

Me di cuenta hace poco en un video que grabe para hive dónde iba en mi moto y estaba grabando mi voz y escuchaba mi moto como si estuviera vieja como si fuera una cacharra vieja y esto no me gustó ya normalmente yo me había acostumbrado este sonido, Solo que no lo había grabado que suena un poquito distinto y me di cuenta del problema de la moto.

Este problema se da porque las válvulas de la moto se pueden gastar, las cucharas del motor de la moto también se pueden gastar, en mi caso no fue ninguna de las dos sino que cuando el mecánico le hizo el motor a la moto no lo ajusto bien y las cucharas de la moto quedaron un poco desajustadas.

La función de esta pieza es que actúe como una especie de martillo, lo que hace es hundir y sacar las válvulas del motor, esto para mover los cuatro tiempos del motor de la moto sería para meter gasolina, sacar aire, meter oxígeno, hacer la explosión, sacar humo y es todo lo hace para manipular los tiempos de la moto.

El trabajo de las cucharillas es siempre mantener el tiempo ajustado de estas, que cuando una baje la otra este arriba y cuando la otra esté abajo la primera suba.

Pero simplemente pasa que como no es una sola pieza completa Sino que se compra para ajustar las cucharas a las válvulas, por esta razón queda desajustada en ocasiones y cuando el motor está en ejecución chocan muy fuertemente las cucharas con las válvulas ocasionando este sonido ocasionando también que se desgaste en las cucharas y muy en el futuro que se partan.La reparación fue muy básica y simple, los pasos para repararla son los siguientes.

Primero que nada Tuve que quitarle el chupón de la bujía que manda el voltaje para la explosión, luego tuve que sacar la bujía y luego sacar todos los tornillos que sujetan la tapa del motor, cuando lo hagas tienes que revisar las cucharillas y moverlas allí se ven destapadas, si hacen una especie de choque contra las válvulas entonces ahí está el problema.

Ellas poseen unos tornillos y una tuerca por cada lado, son estos los que tienes que apretar para que el sonido desaparezca y quede muchísimo más apretado.Todo esto está quedando espectacular, luego simplemente vuelves a colocar las tapas, colocas de nuevo las tuercas y luego las bujías, esto hará que la moto quedé otra vez como antes, pero ya las cucharas y los martillos están totalmente ajustados.
