Muy pronto le compartiré una rutina de glúteos pero con peso libre (sin maquinas) es igual de brutal y efectivo,para hacer crecer tus glúteos, pero todo dependerá de:
Alimentación (comer mucha proteína y comer de manera limpia, hacer una superavit calórico)
Tu entrenamiento (Entrenar con pesado y fuerte)
Desacanso
Génetica (influye muchisimo, pero si es posible, solo tienes que ser disciplinado, tener constancia, paciencia y realizar los anteriores puntos)
Today I share with you some good exercises to train your gluteus, all are with machines, they are very good to train them heavy and you can do it as a routine in your gluteus day.
Very soon I will share with you a glute routine but with free weights (without machines) is just as brutal and effective, to grow your glutes, but everything will depend on:
Food (eat a lot of protein and eat clean, make a caloric surplus).
Your workout (Train heavy and hard)
Your rest
Genetics (it influences a lot, but if it is possible, you just have to be disciplined, have perseverance, patience and perform the above points).
