    Hola HIVE | HELLO HIVE

    El día de hoy le muestro una rutina con tu propio peso corporal con altas reps, que se pueden realizar , claro. Y me inspiré de un WOD, que vi hace tiempo, claro este era con ejercicios de Crossfit y todo. Pero sé trabaja bastante en este que hice y quise compartirlo. Yo lo sentí bien, pero seguiré con mi creatividad para hacer rutina así. Si la quieres intentar, y crees que son muchas repeticiones, haz la mitad de todas esas. Y puedes hacerla 2 series.

    De verdad siento que te reta esta rutina y si lo combinas con una sesión de abs o de isométricos, mucho mejor. Si fuistes al gym y entrenanste duro, descansa. Esta rutina es buena si quieres un día retarte solo a nivel cardiovascular o quieres entrenar con tu propio peso corporal.

    Today I show you a routine with your own body weight with high reps, which can be performed, of course.     If you want to try it, and you think it's a lot of reps, do half of all of those. And you can do 2 sets.

    I really feel that this routine challenges you and if you combine it with an abs or isometrics session, all the better. If you went to the gym and trained hard, rest. This routine is good if you want to challenge yourself one day with just cardio or if you want to train with your own body weight.
