    Hoy te enseño a colocar bien las vendas en las rodillas para entrenar de manera segura tus piernas cuidando tus articulaciones.
    Cuando entrenamos piernas en ejercicios como:

    • Sentadilla Libre (tanto Sentadilla Frontal como Sentadilla Trasera)
    • Prensa de 45 grados
    • Sentadilla Hack

    Estos ejercicios son bueno a la hora de querer lograr la hipertrofia en tus piernas, y solemos entrenarla pesada, y obviamente con mucha precación. Así este es un buen implemento a la hora de entrenar pesado, aparte te ayuda a la hora subir en las sentadillas. (fase positiva, fase concéntrica)

    Y lo más importante proteger tu articulación de la rodilla. Quiero expresar que la venda es una ayuda no es magia para levantar kilos y kilos. Para eso,debes entrenar, comer muy bien, el descanso. Y la venda no es mágica, si no quieres lesionarte, debes realizar bien la técnica y no meterle kilos a lo loco, debes hacer serie de aproximación y tener en cuenta cual es tu capacidad. Por ejermplo,si haces 80kg en sentadillas, no pienses que harás 100kg fácil con vendas, debes ir poco a poco, dominar bien los kilos anteriores.
