¡Saludos amigos de #Hive, usuarios de #threespeak y atletas de #swc! Me complace tener la oportunidad de volver a compartir contenido audiovisual en la web3, después de un largo tiempo, estaremos de vuelta con material de calidad y de aprendizaje para el deporte y toda el área de calistenia, con la finalidad de instruir y formar a nuevos atletas de esta disciplina. El siguiente video contiene escenas en donde el equipo Bears Fighters trabaja en conjunto para enseñarles a los chicos de nivel principiante aspectos técnicos que les permitan mejorar su rendimiento.

Greetings friends of #Hive, #threespeak users and #swc athletes! I am pleased to have the opportunity to share audiovisual content again on the web3, after a long time, we will be back with quality and learning material for the sport and the whole calisthenics area, with the purpose of instructing and training new athletes of this discipline. The following video contains scenes where the Bears Fighters team works together to teach beginner level kids technical aspects that allow them to improve their performance.

Hemos trabajado duro en la formación de un equipo organizado que sea capaz de dirigir al equipo, asesorar, instruir, asumir roles, crear bases de datos estadísticos y crear contenido para redes sociales y web3. Gracias al apoyo, aportes, ideas y propuestas de personas de alto compromiso como @marysenpai, @vroxsser-black, @carlossaw, @thony-d, Eric Torres y Janfer Ramos; desarrollamos mecanismos y estrategias para que los chicos sean íntegros y trabajen de manera colectiva en su formación como futuros atletas de Calistenia.

We have worked hard on building an organized team that is able to lead the team, coach, instruct, take on roles, create statistical databases and create content for social networks and web3. Thanks to the support, contributions, ideas and proposals of highly committed people like @marysenpai, @vroxsser-black, @carlossaw, @thony-d, Eric Torres and Janfer Ramos; we developed mechanisms and strategies for the kids to have integrity and work collectively in their formation as future Calisthenics athletes.

En esta jornada, nos dividimos en dos grupos para evaluar a los chicos, tomarles el tiempo en algunos ejercicios y crear un punto de partida para ellos, que los definan antes y después de su formación. Al final del día, fueron felicitados por su esfuerzo y motivados a continuar con palabras constructivas y de retroalimentación. Espero que les haya gustado el contenido, nos vemos pronto con más.

On this day, we divided into two groups to evaluate the kids, time them on some exercises and create a starting point for them to define them before and after their training. At the end of the day, they were congratulated for their effort and motivated to continue with constructive words and feedback. I hope you liked the content, see you soon with more.
