    Les comparto una rutina para tonificar y fortalecer los glúteos. Es una rutina sencilla pero efectiva que pueden realizar desde sus hogares o donde se encuentren, si no tienen mucho tiempo y sin necesidad de equipos especiales. Esta rutina les permitirá trabajar de manera localizada los glúteos, concentrando el trabajo en esa zona en específico.

    I share with you a routine to tone and strengthen the buttocks. It is a simple but effective routine that you can do at home or wherever you are, if you do not have much time and without the need for special equipment. This routine will allow you to work in a localized way the buttocks, concentrating the work in that specific area.

    INDICACIONES:

    ⏱️ Realiza 30 segundos de cada ejercicio (de cada lado los que apliquen).
    💤 Descansa por 30 segundos ( como máximo).
    🔂 Repite el circuito 3 veces.
    💪Mantén el abdomen contraido en todo momento
    😁 Sonríe y disfruta

    INDICATIONS:

    Esta es una receta simple pero muy saludable que ayudará a recuperarte luego de la rutina.
    Solo necesitas:
    🍌🍉🍎 Frutas de tu preferencia (yo utilicé banana, moras y fresas)
    🥛 1/3 de taza de leche líquida
    🥣 1 cucharada de avena en hojuelas
    🍯 Endulzante de tu preferencia (yo utilicé dos cucharadas de azúcar refinada)
