    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes llegamos al día 138 haciendo 1 Burpee más por cada día del año, te voy a contar algo, al inicio de este Reto, mi máximo era hacer 100 Burpees de 10 en 10 con pausas, nunca pensé en ir más allá del número 50, pero algo ha cambiado en mi cabeza, para mi es como un Maratón, nunca he estado en uno, sin embargo leyendo y viendo entrevistas de quienes si han participado de maratones, siempre mencionan lo mismo, la clave está en atravesar ese espacio de duda, que es normal, tu cabeza te engaña con el dolor y dice que pares, que no es necesario y que te duele, luego miras los posibles escenarios en tu mente, una posible lesión, te desmayas o que mueres 🤯🤣 y la ÚNICA manera de pasar esa estación es seguir adelante, manteniendo el ritmo, hasta que la Fucking voz en tu mente se calle, creeme que es una lucha diaria, tienes que atreverte a ir más allá del dolor, ya no eres un niño, ya ve las cosas como adultos, el dolor NO es malo, el sufrimiento si, hoy día 138 te puedo confesar que me siento mejor y más fuerte que nunca, vamos que ni si quiera he llegado a la mitad del año😝😝😝

    La mejor demostración de que vas por un gran camino es que tu te cpmpares contigo mismo, como estabas al empezar a entrenar y como estás ahora, los beneficios que te trae, más allá de ponerte y verte en forma, son extraordinarios, pero si vas un poco más verás, que vienen las criticas de quienes nunca han logrado nada similar, gente que no hace ni el 2% de li que yo me he esforzado para mejorar no sólo físicamente, sino en mi salud y sacarle máximo provecho al entrenamiento, tanto así que desde Enero, no me he enfermado de nada, ni gripe ni nada, eso para mi es extraordinario, el hecho de que tenga mayor foco mental es brutal, porque hace que mi tiempo sea más eficiente,para mi es una ganancia brutal, creeme que ni pierdo el tiempo en escuchar a gente sin forma a decirme como debo entrenar y la mejor parte de todo, es que como mejor que antes, mi digestión está genial y saco el máximo provecho a mis suplementos, por lo tanto entender que entrenar no es para complacer a nadie sino para mejorarte a ti, no es ni tema de analisis, enfocate unos 3 meses seguidos en hacer algo que te exiga de verdad y luego comparas, verás que en tu versión tendrás la respuesta, así que a entrenar mis amigos 💪🔥
