Les comparto una rutina de glúteos con bandas de resistencia, las cuales aportan fuerza y resistencia al entrenamiento. Si no cuentas con bandas igualmente puedes realizarla, las bandas solo son un plus y no son limitantes para ejercitarte, así que ¡ÁNIMO 😁!.

I share with you a glute routine with resistance bands, which bring strength and endurance to the workout. If you don't have bands you can still do it, the bands are just a plus and are not limiting to exercise, so GO FOR IT 😁!

Una de mis cosas favoritas es ejercitarme al aire libre y soy una privilegiada por vivir en mi hermosa ciudad La Guaira, donde puedo disfrutar del mar, las montañas y los mejores atardeceres de Venezuela.
Al final de la rutina les regalo uno de los mas lindos que he visto hasta ahora.

One of my favorite things to do is to exercise outdoors and I am privileged to live in my beautiful city of La Guaira, where I can enjoy the sea, the mountains and the best sunsets in Venezuela.
At the end of the routine I give you one of the most beautiful I've seen so far.
