Queridos amigos de #Hive y #SWC,
Hoy, 11 de abril de 2024, quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia de entrenamiento. Aunque al principio no tenía ganas de ejercitarme, decidí no rendirme ante la desmotivación. ¿Por qué? Porque sé que los logros no llegan sin esfuerzo.
Comencé mi rutina con flexiones en posición de pino para calentar mi cuerpo. Luego, me aventuré a realizar variantes de plancha, un desafío que me apasiona. Las one arm planche están empezando a ser parte de mi repertorio, y las combiné con movimientos sencillos para explorar nuevas posibilidades. Aunque había dejado de practicar algunos combos, hoy decidí retomarlos.
Después de las planchas básicas, llegó el momento de intentar un truco que llevo tiempo perfeccionando: la One Arm Flag. Aunque ya domino la one arm planche, este truco requiere un equilibrio especial. Hoy, por primera vez, logré un intento válido de One Arm Flag. Aunque pueda parecer insignificante, siento que mi esfuerzo se refleja en este logro. Es el comienzo de algo más grande, y estoy emocionado por lo que está por venir.

Today, April 11, 2024, I want to share with you my training experience. Although I didn't feel like working out at first, I decided not to give up in the face of demotivation.Why? Because I know that achievement doesn't come without effort.
I started my routine with push-ups in the pinafore position to warm up my body. Then, I ventured into one arm planche variations, a challenge I'm passionate about. The one arm planche is starting to become part of my repertoire, and I combined them with simple movements to explore new possibilities. Although I had stopped practicing some combos, today I decided to take them up again.
After the basic planchas, it was time to try a trick I've been perfecting for a while: the One Arm Flag. Although I have mastered the one arm planche, this trick requires a special balance. Today, for the first time, I managed a valid attempt at the One Arm Flag*. Although it may seem insignificant, I feel that my effort is reflected in this achievement. It is the beginning of something bigger, and I am excited for what is to come.
