I've been thinking about how amazing people look when they are in sync, when what they say is congruent with what they do and they know how to respect their limits, etc, and why do I say this? because many times we tend to let things go, either for external approval, because they would laugh at us, or because we don't want to seem obnoxious.

Hey, well, no one who respects you is going to make that totally hurtful passive aggressive comment, or insist you do something you don't like, or label you as selfish for not doing something they want you to do.

You don't need those people in your life.
I assure you that when we are true to ourselves, there will come those who love us, just as we are.
