    Hola, gente de #Hive y #SWC, hoy les traigo un nuevo video después de un tiempo, en el cual estuve trabajando en algunos entrenamientos que podrán ver reflejados en las imágenes. He estado pensando en agregar introducciones más dinámicas a mis videos para mejorar su calidad y hacerlo más atractivo. Crear contenido siempre ha sido algo que disfruto, y siento que cada pequeño cambio es una oportunidad para crecer y explorar nuevas formas de conectar con ustedes.

    El día de hoy comenzó con un pequeño tropiezo: me levanté más tarde de lo planeado. Pero eso no fue excusa para detenerme, porque si algo he aprendido es que el tiempo que tenemos puede adaptarse a nuestra disciplina si realmente queremos avanzar. Después de completar algunas tareas cotidianas, como estudios y actividades en casa, me preparé para mi entrenamiento del día.

    El enfoque de hoy fue en front y efecto, dos elementos que siempre me exigen técnica y constancia. Sin embargo, no quise limitarme solo a eso, así que también trabajé un poco de plancha. Cabe destacar que no le di una intensidad alta, ya que prefiero mantenerme ligero en los elementos que no corresponden al día, pero sin dejar de practicarlos. Este balance me ayuda a evitar la sobrecarga muscular y, al mismo tiempo, a mantenerme en forma y enfocado en todos los aspectos de mi entrenamiento.

    A lo largo del día, me detuve a reflexionar sobre la importancia de la constancia. El progreso no siempre se mide en los grandes logros, sino en esos pequeños pasos que damos cada día, incluso cuando las cosas no salen como esperábamos. Como suelo recordar: “La disciplina no es castigo, es autocuidado”. Y en cada entrenamiento, en cada tarea completada, reafirmo que avanzar, aunque sea poco a poco, siempre será mejor que quedarse quieto.

This balance helps me to avoid muscle overload and, at the same time, to stay fit and focused in all aspects of my training.

    Throughout the day, I stopped to reflect on the importance of consistency. Progress is not always measured in big accomplishments, but in those small steps we take every day, even when things don't go as we had hoped. As I often remember: “Discipline is not punishment, it is self-care”. And in every workout, in every completed task, I reaffirm that moving forward, even if it is little by little, will always be better than standing still.
