Hola amigos de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de mi entrenamiento de front del dia de hoy. En esta ocasión decidí empezar mi entrenamiento con un pequeño intento de OAP (One arm planche), ya saben, para no perder la costumbre y la verdad últimamente si he sentido una mejora en la one arm ya que como pueden ver intenté cerrar las pierna en la plancha, algo que no hacia y a pesar de no ser mi mejor intento el de hoy si se nota una mejora con respecto a los otros videos, así que ahí vamos. Además de eso mi bro @neomar-oz me estuvo dando algunos consejos para entrenar el touch front el cual es un truco que he querido obtener desde hace un tiempo, y la verdad me gusto bastante lo que me dijo y lo pondré en práctica, luego de eso seguí mi entreno normal. Sin más, espero les guste el entrenamiento.

This time I decided to start my workout with a small attempt of OAP (One arm planche), you know, to not lose the habit and the truth lately if I have felt an improvement in the one arm because as you can see I tried to close the leg in the planche, something that I did not do and despite not being my best attempt today if you notice an improvement over the other videos, so here we go. Besides that my bro @neomar-oz was giving me some tips to train the touch front which is a trick I've been wanting to get for a while, and I really liked what he told me and I will put it into practice, after that I continued my normal training.
