    Explicación:
    • Buenos comenzaremos la Rutina con 20 Flexiones de pecho 4 series.

    • Luego de realizar este ejercicio pasaremos a las pseudo flexiones,de estas serian 20 repeticiones de 4 series.

    • Culminando este ejercicio nos mantendremos en la posición de flexión, 35 segundos las 4 series.

    • Su descanso será de 3 minutos entre series y 30 segundos por ejercicio.

    • Continuaremos con 15 Flexiones con palmadas o explosivas.

    • casi culminado la rutina vamos hacer 20 flexiones declinadas.

    • ahora 20 flexiones de diamantes.

    • y ya siendo último ejercicio culminamos con 50 flexiones inclinadas.

    Explanation:
    • Good we will start the routine with 20 push-ups 4 sets.

    • After performing this exercise we will move on to the pseudo push-ups, these will be 20 repetitions of 4 sets.

    • At the end of this exercise we will stay in the flexion position for 35 seconds for the 4 series.

    • Your rest will be 3 minutes between sets and 30 seconds per exercise.

    • We will continue with 15 Push-ups with clapping or explosive.

    • almost finished the routine let's do 20 declined push-ups.

    • now 20 diamond push-ups.

    • and as the last exercise we finish with 50 bent over push-ups.
