    Explicacion de la rutina.
    • En la rutina de hoy, lo primero que haremos es un circuito, el circuito consiste en:
      10 segundos de L sit en paralelas + 10 elevaciones de piernas en piso + 10 segundos de hollow body + 10 segundos de plancha abdominal
    • Luego, haremos una biserie que consiste en:
      10 Elevaciones de piernas en barras o anillas + 10 segundos de L sit
    • Y para finalizar, vamos a realizar plancha abdominal lateral, 15 segundos en cada lado .
    Explanation of the routine.
    • In today's routine, the first thing we will do is a circuit, the circuit consists of:
      10 seconds of L sit on parallel bars + 10 leg raises on the floor + 10 seconds of hollow body + 10 seconds of abdominal plank

    • Then, we will do a biseries consisting of:
