Explanation of the routine.
In today's routine, the first thing we will do is a circuit, the circuit consists of:
10 seconds of L sit on parallel bars + 10 leg raises on the floor + 10 seconds of hollow body + 10 seconds of abdominal plank
Then, we will do a biseries consisting of:
10 leg raises on bars or rings + 10 seconds of L sit
And to finish, we are going to perform lateral abdominal plank, 15 seconds on each side.
