2 - Elevaciones de piernas
3 - Elevaciones con las piernas recogidas
4 - Polea abdominal
Los ejercicios los pueden realizar tanto los principiantes como los avanzados. Todos soy muy efectivo a la hora de ganar fuerza y definicion en el abdomen.
The exercises shown in the video were:

4 - Abdominal pulley
The exercises can be performed by both beginners and advanced. I am all very effective when it comes to gaining strength and definition in the abdomen.
