Dos, El magnesio me gusta llevarlo cada que voy a entrenar ya que a pesar de que en Bogotá hace frio me sudan muchos las manos y en si, yo sudo mucho entonces el magnesio se a vuelto mi mejor amigo (Aunque ahorita en Bogotá esta haciendo un buen clima).
Tres, Mi trípode para poder grabar, sacar fotos, evaluarme y corregir mis posturas y tecnicas de cada truco que suelo realizar.
Cuarto, Las mini paralelas y las muñequeras que ha sido unos de los mejores regalos que me han dado ya que cuando son dias lluviosos cumplo mi entrenamiento desde casa con las mini paralelas sin problemas y las muñequeras han sido mi salvación ya que hace un año y medio, casi dos años sufrí de tendinitis en la muñeca derecha y estaba super limitado, pero ahora que estoy mejor, recuperado, las muñequeras me han ayudado muchísimo a no sobrecargar las muñecas.
Before going out to train I focus on taking one my hydration which is of utmost importance, as we must remember that we must be very well hydrated throughout the day, besides that I always supplement my hydration with a moisturizer called CR7 DRIVE that helps me stay energized, provide nutrients to my body that are essential for people like those who make up the SWC community as well as people who practice Street Workout-Calisthenics.
Two, I like to take my magnesium with me every time I go to train because even though it's cold in Bogota my hands sweat a lot and I sweat a lot so magnesium has become my best friend (although right now in Bogota the weather is nice).
Three, My tripod to be able to record, take pictures, evaluate myself and correct my postures and techniques of every trick I do.
Fourth, The mini parallel and wrist straps that has been one of the best gifts that I have been given because when it is rainy days I do my training from home with the mini parallel without problems and the wrist straps have been my salvation because a year and a half ago, almost two years ago I suffered from tendinitis in my right wrist and was super limited, but now that I am better, recovered, the wrist straps have helped me a lot to not overload my wrists.
I always focus on about 15 minutes for dynamic stretching and general mobility work, don't put them all in the video because it's longer and tedious haha.
Well friends as in previous posts I had told you in previous posts lately I have not been feeling comfortable to perform freestyle but little by little we are recovering those spirits and that desire to continue improving!
