    Hello my beautiful people all over the world, welcome to HL Creative-Sunday, and happy Sunday to you all.

    So today I will be preparing a food called potato porridge, you can make porridge with anything you like for example, yam, banana, potatoes, etc., and you can also add any kind of ingredients you like to spice it up.

    I will be making potato porridge so stay tuned and watch how I transformed my potatoes into a delicious porridge.

    Ingredients are listed below:

    Potatoes
    Palm oil
    Scent leaf
    Stockfish
    Cowskin
    Seasoning
    Onions
    Pepper

    The preparation

    I peeled the potatoes and then rinsed them in clean water, I washed the cowskin, sliced the cent leaf, and of course, rinsed the stockfish in warm water. I sliced the onions and set everything aside.

    I put a pot of water on the burner, then poured the potatoes inside along with the cowskin, I added salt then covered it to boil.

    The reason why I boiled the cowskin with the potato was because I wanted it to get done and more so I wanted the season to influence the cowskin very well because it is very hard.

    After boiling them, I poured them into a basket to sieve the water away.

    I put the pot back on the burner and then allowed it to get dry, I poured the palm oil into it and allowed it to get hot.

    I poured the stockfish into the hot palm oil along with the sliced onions, I put the seasoning cube then made use of a spoon to press it so that it could dissolve inside the oil and I also added salt into the sauce. Lastly, I poured the blended pepper and then stirred it.

    After frying for some minutes, I poured the boiled potatoes and cowskin into the sauce, along with the scent leaf, and stirred it so that the sauce could influence them.

    Then I covered it to get done and after some minutes, my potato porridge was ready to be served.

    The stockfish was not much but it influenced the porridge so much, you guys need to taste how yummy the porridge tasted.
