    Hello everyone, it's Princess-Dara again. Happy Sunday to you all and I also want to make use of this opportunity to wish you a great week.

    So today, I will be making egg rolls, we all know egg rolls are yummy because of all the ingredients that are used for it.
    I love snacks, I love cooking generally but because I do cook the normal food every day, I decided to always make something different every weekend.

    The ingredients used are:

    Flour
    Sugar
    Butter
    Eggs
    Salt
    Nutmeg
    Powdered milk
    Baking powder
    Groundnut oil

    The ingredients were not very much, but the outcome was so yummy.

    So let's get to the procedure

    I boiled my eggs inside a kettle, but then I left one aside because I would still need an egg in the remaining process.
    After that, I broke the remaining egg and then whisked it thoroughly then set it aside. I cut the powdered milk inside a clean small bowl and added a small quantity of water into it, mixed it to blend, and then added my sugar cubes into the milk and allowed the sugar to melt then I mixed it again so that they would blend very well.

    I poured my flour into a clean big bowl, and then added the nutmeg, baking powder, and pinch of salt, and then mixed everything with a turning stick. After that I washed my hands because I would be mixing with my hand in the next process, I added butter into the flour and then mixed it with my hand, I also poured the whisked egg into the flour and then mixed it. Lastly, the mixture of sugar and milk went into the flour as well.

    This is the part where I knead the mixture thoroughly to make sure every part of it has the ingredients. Then I covered it for a few minutes to peel my boiled eggs.

    It's time to make my egg roll balls, I cut the dough in small quantities then press in my boiled egg, and then roll it to form a ball. I noticed the dough was kind of sticky meanwhile my flour had finished so I rubbed my hands with the remaining butter in other to avoid the dough sticking to my hands.

    After rolling everything, the oil was already hot so I just started putting the egg roll inside it to fry, note you are to fry on a very low heat so that the dough will be good both in and out.

    Now my egg roll is ready to eat, you can serve it with any drink of your choice. Thanks for stopping by
